3 Steps to a New Beginning this Spring

Awareness ~ Courage ~ Self Compassion

Our yoga class today was centered around personal growth and honoring 3 things that are helpful in a space of growth and change.

1. Awareness- you cannot change what you are not aware of

2. Courage- Change is never easy, vulnerability, trust and courage are necessary to take that leap

3. Compassion- SELF compassion, for where you have been, where you are and where you are going.

Spring is a perfect time for change. If you are ready for a change in your health, lets start with simple healthy foods. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or paleo, we all could use more plant based, raw foods in our diet. Join us for a workshop in making and tasting simple, healthy and delicious foods for spring!
