  • Create Goals or intentions for 2018.
  • Share your goals, its keeps us accountable to our word

For me personally this will include new workshop offerings, journaling, a gratitude journal, mediation,simplify with  cleansing of my house, relationships, and physical body of foods, being present with everyone in my life, writing my book and creating podcasts!
