 Here is what is included!

Each week we will meet up at the Mind, Body, and Beyond Center for  30 minute Q & A session, followed by a 60 minute empowering and nurturing yoga & meditation class aligned with our weekly focus.  There will be two classes offered during the week for your convenience during our 6 week program. Please try to make at least one of them to encourage commitment to yourself and your health! If your membership is from previous years, your lifetime access includes the Q&A sessions and the program, but yoga classes are a $10 drop in for yoga, $30 for food workshop.

About Healthy Beach Girl
